Today I injured the left side of my back doing a patient transfer with a gentleman who kept trying to sit during the transfer. Please pray Jesus heals this injury asap and that I won’t have to go on an L&I claim. I didn’t report it bc I was just “sore” at the time but it’s definitely not happy right now. This family attends Grays Harbor Foursquare Church and their 15 yo son sustained a knee injury months ago playing football. His mom, Dani, put this update on Facebook today. "A good reminder tonight as I sit next to Gabe’s hospital bed. The Light is always stronger. Gabe’s needed 8 units of blood products this weekend. He had his third emergency surgery yesterday with another (planned for) Wednesday. We don’t know why he’s not healing. We don’t know why he keeps bleeding. We don’t know what’s causing him to be so sick. But the Light is ALWAYS stronger."

Dear Church Family, Your Sister in Christ, Josephine, has been in the hospital for several weeks. Originally, they thought she would not survive, but her body has improved to the point where they feel she can be moved to an adult family home or similar facility. While her heart is still "sick" and cannot be repaired, she is determined to get strong enough to go to Disneyland before she leaves this earth. She feels good, but we're taking it one day at a time. We continue to pray and encourage people to visit, as that seems to be what gives her the strength to keep going. While she often doesn't remember who has visited her, she is joyous when people are here. Please pray for her continued healing and for us to find the right place for her to live. Thank you!
