I'm dealing with a lot on my plate: unemployment, health issues, people issues and newly added: shame. A lot of what I thought was fear from past trauma has been broken open and revealed as shame by my therapist, Collin, and I. Now it seems like everywhere I look, shame has been, and still is, the largest problem holding me back and creating bigger problems (or at least inflating them so they appear bigger). God's been working on me, breaking the fear and anxiety with me. I don't know how to deal with this shame; I can figure out how to deal with fear and anxiety and push myself through until I get to a safe point (even if that's me "turtling" (withdrawing into myself). I have no tools, no skills, no ideas or thoughts on how to deal with shame. Please pray first for Collin (he's still in school and doesn't have experience with the CPTSD I deal with, he's worried and scared about this), that God can ease his heart and guide him; also that God would draw Collin close to Him; secondly for me, that I would develop the tools I need to break this shame down with God and destroy it's foothold in my life. Thank you for reading this, for praying about it, and for loving me.

Please pray for my husband to seek the lord after his affair. That he can be happy and in love with me once again. That he will make our marriage his top priority. We have five children. They need their father. Please pray to bind and rebuke satan's his hold on him. Pray that his councilor can help him release his shame, anger and soften his heart. That he can cut his soul ties with the other woman and lift satan's veil. Please pray that my husband will release his overwhelming shame and guilt. That he realizes his family is more important than his love of money. He is a good man that made a poor decision. Pray that he will continue to live with us and repair our marriage. That I can stop thinking about the hurt and move forward. We are so thankful God has brought him home. We love him. We love the lord. We feel satan is attacking our family.

My coworker’s nephew has a recurring infection in his heart and other organ failure. He’s only 27 and he is not doing well after surgery at UW Medicine Hospital today. I’m not sure, but I believe he’s his mom’s only child and his father passed away suddenly when he was young. Please pray for healing! Thank you.

For Jim to be saved through life-threatening surgery for heart and lungs this week and for his daughter Angie to be comforted and strengthened. For all blockages, arteries, lung disease, etc. to be gone, for supernatural help during surgery. Full blockages to be dissolved. They may not do surgery unless his lungs are not so compromised, so big grace is needed.
