I’m stuck in a long distance, unequally yoked relationship with an unbeliever. She causes me mostly heartache. I am unable to leave because of jealousy issue and knowledge of what she will do when she leaves. There is no sin between us just plain conversations. We don’t play by the same rules. I trapped myself by my own iniquity and by disregarding the word of God and advice from Christian’s. May the Lord not be angry with me and pardon my disregard of his word and biblical advice. Lord have mercy on me and save me for I have sinned against you and your holy word. I don’t know how to resolve this because I fear a really bad heartbreak and loss. God is a wonderful surgeon, he did not take Adam’s rib when he was awake, he put him to sleep first. Lord I pray put me in a spiritual anaesthesia and do what you have to do so that I can survive this situation. I pray against my pride, stubbornness, rebellion, ingratitude, ignorance, disregard to commandments & being a stinker for a little folly in a man known for wisdom is like ointment to the flies. Lord save me from my folly for it is too great for me. I plead this and ask for intercession amen in Jesus name.

My dad gave me advice, my brother gave me advice, my cousin gave me advice and I have an idea on what I should do. There has been times where I listened to my dad for advice no questions asked until I noticed how fallible his human advice can be and I was let down by my dads advice prior but I took the position of honoring parents. How can I honour parents while not blindly taking advice that I am not sure is correct? I need advice from the Lord Jesus and guidance on what to do. I also need to discern man’s advice from Gods advice.

I am planning and strategizing big life decisions that will impact my future and change the course of my life. May I give my plans to the Lord that he may establish my steps. I have a plan and I pray for the Lords approval and adjustment to the plan as he sees fit. The Lord knows my limitations I ask for wisdom from above and peace thats beyond understanding and courage in Jesus name amen. May I not make cowardly decisions, may I not make selfish decisions, may I make good and proper decisions that are more pleasing to God and even that which I can bear with the Lord's help.
