I’m reaching out since I was recently part of a wave of layoffs, and I’m out of a job. My lease is ending in three weeks, and I need to be out of my apartment by then since I’m in a physically abusive and volatile living situation. I need a place to live while I look for work and don’t have family or friends with whom I could room during my job search. I’m at my wits’ end.

There’s this person who approached me with questions online about God, that quickly turned to confrontation and nasty words… I was doing my best to minister to his heart but like we had all talked about at young adults, there was a whole but of spiritual warfare in the confrontation from this gentleman…. He started attacking me and I felt like something was pushing hard for me to tremble. I wasn’t able to minister to his heart of stone. I hope that God reaches him soon and his heart would become one of flesh.

Please pray for a friend of mine (Barbara) whom has just lost her husband due to an unexpected diagnosis of cancer late July while celebrating their anniversary. On the second day of their vacation, Doug began to not feel well, so they went to an urgent clinic whom told them to immediately go to ER. This is when they ran tests to find out he had stage 4 cancer. He passed away last night and went peacefully into the arms of Jesus with his family all by his side. They had no idea he had cancer, so this is all so sudden and heartbreaking. She is absolutely devastated in losing her best friend, soul mate and love of her life. In her words to me she said “I can hardly breathe “ Please cover her with love and prayers through this incredibly difficult time. Thank you all so much.
