This week, I was supposed to have work for the first time in about 2 years. It fell through at the last minute, reopening wounds that had been closed. I've been wrestling with the resulting emotional mess this week. Please pray that (1) God gets the praise for helping me get out of the funk I ended up in; (2) I can finish up the data analytics course I'm in on a strong note; (3) I can accept job-related issues like this in a better emotional mindset; and (4) God continues to show the way for me to deal with my mom on my trip down there soon.

I really desire a joyful marriage that is blessed by God, Proverbs 18:22. I'm planning to go visit my Dad. My sister and mom are nearby, and I want to see them (mainly my sister) at the same time. The problem is my mom has a history of abuse against me. We are a mother (newly diagnosed with lymphoma) and daughter (living with a disability). We have fallen way behind on our rent and have received an eviction notice. Our efforts at applying for various community supports cover about half of our rent. We're both saved, baptized, raised Christian, love God and worship at home. Please pray for us and that a cure for Follicular Lymphoma cancer is found, that our back rent gets paid by us and people who are able to help us, will. That we avoid eviction. For the government to solve the homelessness and cost of living crisis. For programs to be funded. And for people all over the world to have a higher quality of life.
